Whether you are just starting up in business or feel you need a fresh approach to your existing business, Company Matters Associates Limited offers you a wealth of management capability and specialised expertise that really can make a difference to the performance, growth and development of your business.
Company Matters Associates Limited was formed in 2008 by Sarah Males and Barbara Jones in the knowledge that, with more than thirty years management experience, we are able to provide a cost effective, efficient and professional service for small to medium sized businesses. Our office is based in Wrest Park, Bedfordshire providing us with easy access to the East and South East of England.
We have developed excellent relationships with a number of Associates in order that we can meet all your business needs.

Sarah started her accountancy career in practice and then moved into industry where she gained valuable experience and saw life in business from an internal perspective. Sarah feels that this experience helps her to understand the needs of clients more clearly.
More recently, Sarah has worked within a government-funded environment which has added to the wealth of experience gained working within different sized organisations, from small owner managed businesses to plc's, over the past 10 years.
Sarah lives in Bedfordshire, but travels regularly to Nottingham to watch the Panthers. Sarah enjoys running, dislikes golf immensely and manages to devote some of her valuable time to 'helping in the community'.

Barbara has over 20 years senior management experience working as a Chief Executive and Company Director. She specialises in business planning, risk management and systems review to enable real improvement in delivering services and optimising profit.
Barbara has worked in a variety of sectors which include both commercial and public sector organisations ranging from small retail outlets to major government contracts. Working as a consultant Barbara is passionate about planning for success and specialises in Business and Strategic Planning.
Barbara lived in London for 25 years but has now found her ideal cottage in Bedfordshire and, when time and weather allow, loves pottering around in her garden growing roses.
